Trademark Usage License Agreement
GRANT OF LICENSE:
RBBS Llc./It's Subsidiaries owns Name, Software, Logo, Web-Sites, Brand, Business Model, Marketing Material & Media (""LICENSED PROPERTY""). In accordance with this Agreement, RBBS Llc./It's Subsidiaries grants Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the "LICENSED PROPERTY". RBBS Llc./It's Subsidiaries retains title and ownership of the "LICENSED PROPERTY."
All rights other than those specifically granted herein to Licensee are reserved to Licensor, including, without limitation, Licensors right to continue to use the Licensed Property in any form manner, and medium.
PAYMENT OF ROYALTY. Licensee will pay to RBBS Llc. a royalty which shall be calculated as follows: 
[ ] Trademark Usage $1,500.00 US Currency and Monthly License Usage Fee 40% of Monthly Revenue. You Keep 60% of Revenue Generated By Your RBBS Logistics Learning Center
OR
[ ] Trademark Usage $2,500.00 US Currency and Monthly License Usage Fee 20% Monthly Revenue. You keep 80% of Revenue Generated By Your RBBS Logistics Learning Center
 
[ ] Trademark Usage $5,000.00 US Currency and Monthly License Usage Fee 10% Monthly Revenue. You keep 90% of Revenue Generated By Your RBBS Logistics Learning Center

[ ]Trademark Usage $10,000.00 US Currency and Monthly License Usage Fee 5% of Monthly Revenue. You Keep 95% of Revenue Generated By Your RBBS Logistics Learning Center.
 
The Trademark Usage Fee shall be paid "when the Agreement is signed"
Monthly License Usage Due.
The royalty shall be paid on the last calendar day of each month. With each royalty payment, Licensee will submit to RBBS Llc. a written report that sets forth the calculation of the amount of the royalty payment.
